JULIUS LAKE CABIN - (a secluded retreat) The Julius Lake cabin is on a picturesque lake close to a river with forest trails, beautiful water rapids and excellent bass fishing. Our drive-to cabin on Julius Lake is open all year long for fishing, canoeing, hunting, ATVing, snowmobiling and cross country skiing. Some of our guests come just to relax and read and to enjoy the wildlife that can be seen from the big picture windows that overlook picturesque Julius Lake.
The cabin accommodates up to 6 people comfortably. It is heated with wood and is equipped with propane stove, fridge, barbeque and lights. It also has a 3 piece washroom. The kitchen has all necessary dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. The beds have pillows but we ask you to bring your own bedding and towels as well as your personal needs.
Julius Lake is a small scenic lake with fishing in the summer or snowmobiling in the winter. Our property consists of 200 acres adjacent to the lake. Access to the Pickerel River for canoeing and fishing is within a short walking distance. A walk to Blue Chutes, where the water rushes over a scenic rock waterfall is a must.

HUNTING Our property is ideal for hunting small game, deer and moose. We have deer stands for your convenience. We are on trails for ATVing in the fall and snowmobiling in the winter. Whatever time of year you come to Julius Lake it will be a memorable holiday. LONG LAKE OUTPOST (a fishing adventure) Our Long Lake Outpost cottage is in the heart of the Georgian Bay Park Area...with great fishing and numerous fishing lakes to explore. To reach our outpost we transport our guests by barge and then across a portage...some say the trip is worth the vacation! This secluded chalet, overlooks beautiful Long Lake. It is comfortably equipped for housekeeping with propane refrigerator, cook stove, and barbeque, and is heated with wood. All you need are sleeping bags, towels, fishing tackle and personal effects. Boats, motors and transportation to and from the main camp are supplied in the total cost for this never-to-be-forgotten vacation.
